Reading Community Singers holds rehearsals on Tuesdays, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the MBTA-accessible and handicap-accessible Old South United Methodist Church from:
September to early December - our FALL Session - with a Holiday concert in December
January to early May - our SPRING Session - with a concert in May
On occasion Reading Community Singers also does special performances at the request of a community organization. Our music ranges from traditional and classical music to Broadway showtunes and contemporary composers. All voice parts (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass) are welcome.
Reading Community Singers Dues
Individual Rate - dues are $60.00 for a single Fall or Spring session.
Family Rate for Single Session - individual rate dues ($60.00) plus $35.00 for each additional family member for a single Fall or Spring session.
All dues must be paid in full by the 3rd rehearsal.
To join the Reading Community Singers:
Open Rehearsals are held in September and January with member registration at 6:45 p.m.
NO AUDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO JOIN!
New members are welcome from Reading and all surrounding communities.
